Refund Policy
Our products are digital files delivered electronically. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once a guide has been accessed or downloaded.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, cannot access the file, or the file is materially defective. Include the email used at checkout and your order number so we can investigate.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, may also issue refunds in accordance with its policies. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to provide customer support, communicate about an order, and operate this website. This may include information you send to us directly, such as your name, email address, order number, and the contents of a support request.
Payments, receipts, tax calculation, and digital delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Website hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details, and we do not sell personal information.
We retain support and transaction-related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held directly by us, contact the email listed below. Requests involving payment records may need to be handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Terms of Use
Each purchase grants one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected PDF for personal purposes. You may save and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not share, upload, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the guide or any substantial portion of it.
The guides provide general educational information based on personal experience and research. They are not legal, immigration, financial, employment, or admissions advice, and they do not guarantee a visa, scholarship, admission, job, or other outcome. Rules and costs can change, so always confirm current information with the relevant Korean authority, embassy, institution, or official source before acting.
Product details, price, included files, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and provides the checkout, receipt, and download delivery. All original site and guide content remains the intellectual property of Korea with Tahmina or its identified rights holder.
